i can't remember who i was toking to about being happy. i was reading a r bernard's book abt happiness. i promised u i will do it every day! well i m trying. (:
anyway, tdy he said that happiness is a way of mind.
so, despite of what happened just now, i will choose to be happy.
Happiness requires to train yourself to see the good in everything, no matter what happens.
God i will decide to do that.
